the location is pretty central. it is easy to reach many spots i wanted to see. the staff was real friendly, even the one who didn't spoke english, she helped me a lot. they also holded my luggage before and after checkout, its awesome.
for reach the reception, you need to take the stairs first. i saw a couple with a baby stroller struggling. the soundproofing is not good in the rooms. i can hear the receptionist on the phone clearly, it wasn't nice.

The location is REALLY central. I walked to most main attractions without issue. The staff are helpful and friendly (shoutout to the reception team!).
The walls are quite thin. I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.
